Janelle - Registered Massage Therapist
Originally from Medicine Hat, Alberta, I moved to Calgary in 2010 and I'm proud to call one of the most liveable cities in the world my home.
I am passionate about supporting wellness through the art and science of massage therapy. I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary with 2,200 hours in June 2015. In addition, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Royal University.
My massage style is a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, and targeted active stretching. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life to help them find balance and live happier, healthier lives.
I am registered through the Remedial Massage Therapists Association (RMTA) and I joined the Hunterhorn Centre of Therapeutic Massage in July 2016.
In my free time, I enjoy many different activities, such as hiking, cycling, climbing, yoga, and obstacle course racing (OCR).
